1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your return must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn, and in new condition. Please note that we do not provide freight to collect (FTC) service to return the package, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense. We do not refund shipping costs. Please note that we take 7-10 business days to process returns. Your money will be returned to the original account in the currency you originally paid. 2. DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is damaged, please send us pictures of the damaged product, the order number, and a brief explanation of the damage/defect at: hello@futuram.co.

3. LOST IN TRANSIT ITEM

If your item is reported lost in transit, please send us an e-mail with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you with the issue:hello@futuram.co

4. WRONG ADDRESS

If your order was placed with the wrong address, please contact us via e-mail with the order number and the correct address: hello@futuram.co. Shipping fees may apply. 

5. REFUNDS

Once our team receives and inspects your returned item, you will be notified via e-mail. If approved, we will start your refund process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that the times to complete the refund may vary according to your bank provider.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund was not credited.
  2. Reach out to your credit card company as there might be a delay in the refund posting.
  3. Contact your bank as there may be some processing time involved in the refund.
    If you have completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

7. CHANGING ITEMS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER

Please ensure that you select the correct size when placing your order, as we are unable to make any size changes once the order is placed. Prior to checking out, please review our size information to make an informed decision. If, by any chance, your order has already been shipped and a size change is required, please follow our returns process to request an exchange or refund.
